DUBAI: MG Motor has officially launched the new MG HS in the Middle East, promising a blend of style, performance, and innovative technology.
Following the success of the first-generation MG HS, crowned "Middle East Car of the Year" in 2020, this new model is now available in the GCC, Iraq, and Jordan.
Prices start at an attractive USD 21,600 (excluding VAT), making it an accessible option for a range of buyers.
The new MG HS targets younger customers seeking an SUV that combines aesthetics with functionality. Featuring a sporty yet elegant exterior, luxurious interiors, and advanced safety features, the vehicle is set to redefine the mid-size SUV market.
Safety meets technology
The MG HS stands out with its five-star Euro NCAP safety rating. Packed with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), it includes Intelligent Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Warning, and a 360-degree HD camera for comprehensive coverage. Additionally, six airbags and front/rear parking sensors ensure passenger safety on every journey.

Performance and engine power
Under the bonnet, the MG HS offers two engine options to suit diverse driving preferences. A 1.5T engine delivers 173 hp with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the 2.0T engine generates 231 hp paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Enhanced NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) levels contribute to a smooth and responsive driving experience, while the sporty steering wheel amplifies driver engagement.

The interior of the MG HS exudes sophistication. Dual 12.3-inch HD screens offer an immersive digital experience, and an eight-speaker BOSE audio system delivers top-notch sound quality.
